Where are Cresta hotels located?
We have a total of 17 hotels and resorts in the southern African countries of Botswana (11 sites), Zimbabwe (five sites), and Zambia (one site, in Lusaka).
What is your cancellation policy?
Guests are not charged for cancellations received 72 hours before check-in. For cancellations 48 hrs before check-in, we charge 50% of the first room night. Regrettably, cancellations 24 hrs before check-in will incur a 100% charge of the first room night.
For group bookings, cancellations received between 15 and 24 days before check-in will be charged 50% of the total booking value. Cancellations received between 8 and 14 days before check-in will be charged 75% of the total booking value, whereas cancellations received from 7 days before check-in will be charged 100% of the total booking value.
